SaverX replaces static HVAC setpoints with real-time, adaptive control.
Answers to everything your mind is doubting about.
BMS (Building Management System), as the name suggests, is a management/monitoring system. It takes control over your systems to give you ease of operation. If there is a BMS already existing in your building, SaverX can integrate to operate HVAC in an energy-efficient manner, leading to considerable savings. SaverX can also operate in buildings with non-BMS or partial BMS. Refer to our architecture for more.
Any building with centralised HVACs operating via chillers or boilers can be integrated with SaverX. For more information, please contact us
The live status of the devices can be monitored via Zodhya's dashboards. Any periodic updates for the device firmware and AI model happen via the client's WiFi network.
No. The frequency of set point changes will be at 15min/30min/1 hour rather than instantaneous. The frequency is decided based on the HVAC specifications, existing system efficiency and the client's threshold limits. When the changes are made, the model ensures that the change isn't too rapid for the system. The solution also has a periodic diagnosis through which it addresses any changes required in frequency, resulting in lower maintenance and repair costs.
No. The solution's focus is to operationally optimise the utilisation of the HVAC system to drive savings and comfort; it doesn't indulge in any component changes or HVAC cycle working. Also, the SaverX system is connected externally to your HVAC control systems.
The AI modules provided by traditional control providers suggest settings assuming an ideal system or a baseline / generic system on which it was trained. We've observed that each building varies in its design, size and requirements. Therefore, a model trained on a baseline / ideal/generic system cannot result in optimal savings at all times. Also, the building's cooling or heating load varies over the entire day. Hence, Zodhya developed its proprietary, patented Deep RL-based AI model that can assess real-time changes and adapt to changing conditions, thereby enabling considerable operational savings for any building into which it is integrated.
As part of client engagement, Zodhya conducts a baseline study, which requires the client to share building data and the latest 12-month energy consumption trends to establish Baseline as per IPMVP standards and ASHRAE Guideline 14
